Fatten the Pigs!
Bush, who always appeals to the most base instincts in the American character, has now put forth a policy to give big tax breaks to owners of gas-guzzling SUVs. (See Kron4)Is it possible to even fathom the arrogance of going in to a small country to bomb hundreds of thousands of innocent people because their poor country happens to sit upon some of the world's largest oil reserves, and then simultaneously encouraging Americans to consume even more gasoline?
Bush trashed the Kyoto protocol because since the US uses so much more fossil fuel than any other country, it would also have to cut back more. The US plans to dominate the Middle East are clearly spelled out in papers of the Bush oligarchy, based on Americans need for an uninterrupted source of petroleum. Here it comes: Gulf War II, more blood for oil.
